The FuelBox Mentor program is an easy program to facilitate and can be carried out both digitally and physically. The objective is to develop and strengthen people, relationships and culture through inspiring plenary sessions and strategic pairing of people in mentor pairs/mentor groups. Our mentor program is about mutual mentoring where both parties in a mentoring pair, or everyone in a mentoring group, will benefit from the conversations.
The mentor program’s plenary sessions are led by a relational architect from FuelBox. The relational architect’s role is to inspire, as well as increase the participants’ relational- and dialogue competence, to create the greatest possible value from the conversation. The mentor conversations are facilitated by FuelBox Mentor, alternatively the FuelBox app. The purpose of using FuelBox as a tool to start the conversations are many:
- Creates a structure and framework for the conversations
- The questions are well formulated and carefully selected for personal and professional development
- The conversations broaden the participants’ perspective as there are no hidden agenda behind the questions asked
