What is a relational architect?
THE ROLE OF THE RELATIONAL ARCHITECT
As relational architects, we help you build strong relationships internally to unleash both individual and collective potential. We focus on implementing processes and tools to create space for, practice, and develop a culture where dialogue is central.
We help you to identify, adapt and create these arenas and processes for the continuous development of people, managers, teams, and culture.
THE NECESSARY ARCHITECTURE
The choice of building materials is not accidental in our work as relational architects. What we deliver is based on which specific activities build trust and psychological security most effectively.
Research forms the basis of our strategic priorities – and not least we focus on the measures being feasible. A good plan has no value if ownership is lacking and the implementation does not work.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE HAVE
How our relationships affect results at work is a topic that is receiving increasing attention – and studies show that psychological safety is the most important premise for delivering good results in a team. Studies also show that it is the relationship-oriented leader who creates the best results.
This is the starting point for our work to create a relationship-driven culture and relationship-oriented management.
