At the age of 25, Victoria traveled to the Middle East to establish the innovation agency, Innovation lab, its branch there. Eight years later, she gives weekly lectures on what would prove to be her path to success in building a company in a foreign culture – namely curiosity and the ability to explore perspective!

Victoria is a qualified teacher and Kaospilot, a three-year creative management and process education from Århus. Victoria has good experience in working with helping companies to be relevant for the future, through being genuinely interested in trends and new ways of working. She is inspired by working with people, and loves to challenge her own perspective and that of others. As she herself says, “the core of getting anything done depends on building trust and creating good relationships. When it’s in place, magic can happen.”

In her work as a relationship architect, Victoria is concerned with creating trust, and providing tools to get people to talk more and better together.
